This privacy policy is a practical first version for launch. It should be reviewed by a qualified attorney before Bitakar is promoted widely or used at larger scale.

1. Who we are

Bitakar is operated by PRINT MY IDEAS FL LLC. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use Bitakar.

2. Information we collect

We may collect account information such as your name, email address, login details, subscription status, and support communications.

We also collect the vehicle information you choose to enter, including vehicle details, VIN, license plate, mileage, maintenance records, service providers, costs, reminders, photos, receipts, registrations, insurance cards, and other uploaded documents.

3. Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. Bitakar does not store full credit card numbers. Stripe may provide us with limited billing information such as customer ID, subscription status, plan, payment status, invoices, and card brand or last four digits when needed for billing support.

4. Files and documents

Files you upload are stored so you can access them from your devices. You should avoid uploading information that you do not need for your vehicle records. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload and store any document or image you add to Bitakar.

5. How we use information

We use information to provide the Bitakar service, sync your account across devices, show your vehicle records, store uploaded files, send or display reminders, manage subscriptions, provide support, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

6. Service providers

We use third-party service providers to operate Bitakar, including Cloudflare for hosting, database, and file storage, and Stripe for payments and billing. These providers process information as needed to provide their services to us.

7. Error logs and diagnostics

Bitakar may collect basic diagnostic information such as browser type, page, time, error messages, account identifier, and related technical details so we can troubleshoot problems and improve the service.

8. Sharing information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers, when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to prevent fraud or abuse, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

9. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No internet service can guarantee complete security, so you should keep your account credentials safe and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

10. Data retention

We keep account, billing, vehicle, and file information for as long as needed to provide Bitakar, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain backups, and enforce agreements. If you want your account or data deleted, contact us.

11. Your choices

You may update or delete many vehicle records directly in the app. You may cancel your subscription through the billing portal when available. You may contact us to request help accessing, correcting, exporting, or deleting your information.

12. Children's privacy

Bitakar is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

13. International use

If you use Bitakar outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users through the app, email, or another appropriate method.
