How it works

Start with your vehicle. Add the proof as life happens.

Bitakar keeps maintenance, receipts, documents, photos, and reminders organized in one cloud account so you can find them from your phone or computer.

Add your vehicle

Enter the year, make, model, plate, VIN, color, and an optional photo. This creates the place where everything for that vehicle will be stored.

Log maintenance

Use Maintenance when work is done: oil changes, tires, batteries, brakes, repairs, inspections, and other services. Add mileage, cost, shop, notes, and invoices.

Save vehicle records

Use Vehicle records for registration, insurance cards, title, bill of sale, warranties, lease or finance documents, and other important files.

Create reminders

Add reminders for renewals, appointments, warranty dates, next service dates, or future mileage. They appear on Home and the Reminders page.

Using Bitakar on the web

Go to bitakar.com, sign in, and use the side menu or bottom mobile menu to move between Overview, Vehicles, Maintenance, Vehicle records, and Reminders.

Installing on iPhone or Android

After signing in, open Account and choose Install Bitakar. The app will show instructions for your device. Installing adds Bitakar to your phone's home screen for quicker access.

Using a shared computer

If you use Bitakar on a work or shared computer, sign out when you finish. The sign-out button appears beside your initials at the top of the app and inside Account.

What to add first

  • Add one vehicle.
  • Add the most recent maintenance service.
  • Upload one important document, such as registration or insurance.
  • Create one reminder for the next service or renewal.
